Massage therapy is the scientific manipulation of the soft tissues of the body for the purpose of normalizing tissues and consists of manual techniques.

Stephanie Roberts

Stef is the owner of R&D as well as a seasoned RMT. With 10+ years experience in the field, she has attended and taught many different courses over the years to expand and share her knowledge and understanding of the human body. Stef has worked with many different body types including athletes, weekend worriers, new/expecting people, office workers, etc.

Stephanie is taking patients on Mondays, Wednesday, Thursdays, Fridays and every other Saturday. She does NOT direct bill ICBC.
